A: All of the recipes inside this book are gluten-free or provide gluten-free alternatives with my top recommendations so even the pickiest of eaters will have no idea that it is gluten-free.
Many of the recipes do include dairy but most provide dairy-free alternatives when applicable.
Several recipes do include eggs. All of the recipes are nut and soy-free.
