DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY 

All digital products are delivered electronically. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link or access instructions. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid any issues with delivery.

If you encounter any difficulties with the download or access to the digital product, please contact our support team for assistance at hello@flourishfit.co

Note that there are no physical items to ship, and therefore, no shipping charges or delivery times are applicable.

DOMESTIC PHYSICAL PRODUCT ORDERS: 

All orders placed within the US will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless upgraded. The standard USPS First Class Mail is not insured, please keep this in mind if there is an issue with your shipping. We give each of our customers the option to upgrade their shipping. Please note our processing time is 1-3 days. 

INTERNATIONAL PHYSICAL PRODUCT ORDERS: 
For all orders placed outside the US, packages will be shipped via First Class Mail International. This option does not include tracking. First Class Mail International deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS and Flourish the Label do not guarantee delivery dates or times. International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Please note our processing time is 1-3 days. 

Flourish the Label LLC is not responsible for any shipping issues due to address input errors, USPS handling errors, or lost/stolen packages.
